POTTERS v KENT - PREVIEW

STOKE entertain play-off chasing Kent Kings in the Travel Plus National League at Loomer Road on Saturday night, 7pm.

The Kings are currently in good form and recently beat league champions Birmingham at Perry Barr on Wednesday night.

The fast gating Kings are led into action by Luke Bowen and he receives good support from Jack Thomas and new signing Dan Greenwood with Anders Rowe completing the top four with rider replacement being operated by the Kings for former Potter Ben Hopwood. At reserve the Kings wait for news on Bradley Andrews who broke his finger at Birmingham on Wednesday while impressive youngster George Hunter completes the Kings line-up.

Stoke have drafted in former Potter Rob Shuttleworth as a guest for Mitchell Davey whose riding for his SGB Championship side Edinburgh at Berwick.

Potters assistant team manager Adam Isherwood commented “Kent are a very good team looking to secure a play-off place but we are capable of beating anyone around our home circuit as we proved against Mildenhall last week so I’m looking for the same type of performance this weekend.
